Was looking to install a dash cam that also records any impacts when parked in a public parking lot. Came across Safe Drive Solutions’ many YouTube videos that compared the pros and cons of some major brands including video quality during daylight and nighttime, how quickly the system woke up to start recording an event, how recorded events were locked in case of an accident, how quickly can the recordings be downloaded, how much power the different dashcam systems drew, how heat tolerant were the different dashcams, etc.
Ben came across in his YouTube videos as honest, very knowledgeable and experienced with installing dashcams including for hybrid vehicles like my new Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid. I wasn’t sure if Ben services Metro Vancouver until I Googled Safe Drive Solutions. Fortunately he installs dashcams throughout Metro Vancouver in many different makes & models of cars.
I was further reassured that Safe Drive Solutions is the firm to hire because of their 1 year warranty on workmanship, sale of dashcams that Ben has tested or used, use of quality shop materials like 3M electrical tape, 30 days exchange guarantee, and they’re fully insured up to $250k.
When I contacted Ben, he promptly answered all my questions and lingering concerns about the Vueroid D21 4K dashcam (eg. Is it safe to hardwire Vueroid D21in my new RAV4 hybrid so as not to void the car’s warranty?).
Safe Drive Solutions offers a much better dashcam and price than the car dealership could offer as it included a better quality dashcam with on-site installation at my residence. Ben also sent me a follow up email about a week after the installation that includes a link to several educational videos on how to use my new Vueroid dashcam (eg. How to troubleshoot & connect cellphone to Vueroid’s app so I can view & download recordings, and adjust settings). Extremely pleased with Ben’s fantastic customer service that includes follow up to make sure I am not having any problems with the dashcam. The service I received is beyond exceptional thanks to Ben! I can now understand why Safe Drive Solutions has Google reviews that are all positively glowing.

My wife and I were in the maket for some cameras for our vehicle. I was going to go the Amazon route. I'M SURE GLAD WE DIDN'T! It has been a couple of weeks since the install and everyone that gets in the vehicles comments on how clean of an install it is. We were going to Vancouver so I set up an appointment for the time we were going to be there. The install went quick and I was happy with the clean install and the instructions on how to use.

Had a very positive experience with this company. I would 100% recommend them to friends or family because they were so great. Below is the reasons why.
I originally set up an email inquiry while they were in China. They called to set up an appointment while they were overseas. I was flabbergasted that they would respond to people while over there. I say this as their customer service is great.
We set up a time and was given a clear time frame as to when they would be. They take pretty much all kinds of payments in a bid to make it easier for the customer.
On the day of the appointment they arrived around 20 minutes early which is great. It took them about an hour to install in my 2023 Mazda cx5 and another 15 ish minutes to explain all the important functions of the camera. The fact that they take the time to make sure you know how to use it is just next level customer service. They came with all their own tools and supplies. The only thing they needed from me was confirmation where to mount the cameras and to leave the key with them.
I definitely recommend them to anyone who thinks or feels installing a dash cam would be difficult.
