Warranty Policy

At Safe Drive Solutions, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. That’s why all our dash cams and battery packs are backed by a 1-year limited warranty, unless otherwise specified. If you experience any malfunctions or defects, rest assured that we will gladly provide warranty coverage for your device.

Additionally, our dash cam accessories (SD cards included) are covered by a 6-month limited warranty. Please note that this warranty specifically applies to manufacturer defects and does not cover issues arising from user-generated problems or physical damage.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

Please note that the following scenarios are not covered under our warranty:
